We collect account identity from our authentication provider (such as email and subject id), workspace and project metadata, uploaded media and derived analysis or sound artifacts while retained, credit ledger events, and technical logs needed for security and reliability.
We use this data to provide Foleyra, authenticate users, isolate workspaces, meter credits, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.
Processors may include authentication, hosting, object storage, AI providers used for scene analysis and sound generation, and payments (Lemon Squeezy when checkout is enabled). We minimize what we send to providers and do not intentionally retain raw AI provider response bodies beyond operational needs.
Source media follows the configured retention window. Exports and sound candidates may expire. Ledger rows are retained for accounting integrity.
You may request account deactivation by emailing support@foleyra.com. Media deletion follows operational cleanup jobs after retention ends.
Data may be processed in regions used by our processors. Cross-border transfers follow applicable law as production regions are finalized.
