Paid subscriptions and credit packs are sold through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record when checkout is enabled for your workspace.
Subscriptions. Monthly plans renew each billing period until cancelled. Cancel-at-period-end keeps access until the period ends. Unused time in a period is generally non-refundable except where required by law or Lemon Squeezy policy.
Top-ups. Purchased credit packs are generally non-refundable once credits are granted to your workspace ledger, except for duplicate charges, confirmed payment errors, or legally required refunds.
Failed jobs. If a system or provider failure prevents work from completing and a credit hold was never captured, the hold should be released. Successful generation is not automatically a reason for refund without a product defect.
To request a review, email support@foleyra.com with your workspace id, payment reference, and reason. Do not share full card numbers.
